Shipping & Delivery
All Ricardo Art products ship for free and will arrive within the 4 – 7 days of your purchase.
Any expedited shipping requests will be at an additional cost noted and calculated at the time of shopping cart checkout.
Product Delivery
Your Ricardo Art Cutting Board and any accessories should arrive free from damage or defect. If you have received a product that is damaged, broken or defective please contact Customer Care at support@ricardoart.com
Returns or Exchange
All Ricardo Art Cutting Boards have a 30-day return or exchange policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return or exchange a receipt or proof of purchase is required. If you have a need to exercise this feature please email support@ricardoart.com for further details.
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, immediately upon notification. If approved your exchange will be made for the new desired style and we will inform you of the new shipping and delivery date.
Refund Policy
Our Return/Refund policy is valid within 30 days from your delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require your original order number or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, is more than 30 days after delivery, or does not have proof of purchase is not eligible for a refund or exchange. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ricardoart.com
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
